We loved almost every detail: ideal location, obliging staff. Had welcoming room with fabulous coffee, a super comfy bed and 4 poster bed for a very delightful stay. Had cold drinks in the downstairs bar.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. We took a superior king room and it had television, a sitting area and ironing facilities. In the evening we visited Lamplighter Bar it was nearby.

Better choose this place to stay when in Windermere. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

location, easy walk to orrest head viewpoint. the bathroom was fine. the hotel was adjacent to windermere train station. we loved everything about this venue.

Breakfast was varied and SATISFACTORY. It's literally just a walk down to orrest head viewpoint.
